Reporting to the IT Procurement Manager and working with the procurement team, your role will be pivotal to the success and operational functions Management Consulting Division. With convenient location, you will be surrounded by the convenience and a professional corporate working environment. You will be challenged in this role as well as be provided with an opportunity to learn new skills. Key accountability include: • High levels of service delivery focus •Requirement to develop strong supplier relationships •Contract and client management •Identify, analyse and establish procurement for all new assets •Maintain a register of approved vendors/suppliers and details of supplier agreements The successful candidate will possess: •3 + years experience in sourcing IT procurement and sourcing/contracts management •Experience and knowledge of SAP, Siebel and MS Office tools (Word, Excel and Access) •Knowledge of procurement processes and hardware deliverables •High level knowledge of IT procurement and Asset Management •Proven experience in invoicing and financing procedures •Possess a good technical understanding of Information Technology environments •Experience in summarising and reporting information •Qualifications in ITIL with knowledge of supplier management framework desirable Candidates must be Australian Citizen and have Federal Government and/or Consulting experience.
