"THE POSITION: The primary purpose or function of this position is to increase product awareness and generate consumer trial. The Sample Supervisor must have in-depth product knowledge, complete understanding of product features and benefits and the ability to communicate effectively with consumers / shopper. All sampling tools, POS materials and forms are in place. Sampling station / location is exactly the same as agreed upon with customer / event management. Position will be located in Riyadh. • Fully understand the objectives of the activity. • Effectively and properly sample and promote products to target consumers / shoppers. • Select the location of sampling station in alignment with the customer / event management for the same. • Seek and report consumer feedback and comments on product / activity. • Ensure the follow up for any sampling activity. • Be well acquainted with own product features / benefits and understand those of main competitors. • Effectively communicate the product's features and benefits and provide appropriate response to consumer queries. • Keep track / list competitive information: pricing, special offers. • Increase product awareness and generate consumer trial through sampling activities. • Manage/monitor/improve effectiveness & efficiency of the sampling agency. • Ensure/manage the hygienic factor i.e. Proper gloves, cleanliness of trays and sampling tools, etc. • Seek consumer feedback, tracking competitive activities and prompt reporting to direct Manager. • Communication - Coordination:  Internally with: Senior KAM / KAM, Area Business Manager, CCSD Team, Field Sales Manager, Finance Division, Logistics, Supply Chain, Merchandising Manager, Sales Support Team, A&P Team.  Externally with: Key Account Customers, third parties. Reports to: A&P Manager THE CANDIDATE: • 4-5 years working experience. Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus. • University Degree in Commercial Science or equivalent. • Valid Driving License is needed. • In-depth product knowledge (features and benefits) • Clean and professional appearance – Presentable, as the candidate will be dealing with various external players. Indeed, the image of the Company is reflected by the professional attitude and presentation if the candidate. • Reliable - Trustworthy - Dependable - Persistent. • Creative - Enthusiastic - Honest, Ethical and Loyal: share the Nestlé values. • IT proficiency: previous experience in statistic and market study software would be a plus. • Excellent communication and reporting skills:  Able to self-express - Communicate easily.  Manage an excellent communication with customers and major accounts.  Communication with management.  Report problems (reactive). • Language skills for this position: fluency in English is a must. Arabic is a major plus. • Two business references are required. At least one is less than 5 years old.
