Location: Mira Costa, CA Duration: 3-6 months (Perm is an option) Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Job Description • Duties include designing, developing, and testing phone (IVRS) and web (IWRS) applications • Provide application and database programming and technical support for internal applications, client-related projects and third-party applications • Author and execute tests which validate IVRS, IWRS, client-related, and third-party applications • Perform troubleshooting and resolve software related problems • Follow standards for data integrity, data security, and programming process • Assist in writing technical and instructional documents • Maintain and update released systems and perform data updates and clarifications • After-hour on call responsibilities may be required. Desired Skills & Experience • Have a demonstrated working knowledge of planning, programming, testing, and troubleshooting software applications • Requires basic proficiency in one or more of the following; object oriented programming, web programming, or database programming. • Basic proficiency with one or more of the following technologies; Visual Studio 810, ASP.Net, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, C#, C++, Java, PHP, Perl, MSSQL Server 20058, T-SQL, and MySQL • Experience with ASP.Net, C#, T-SQL, Visual Studio, and MSSQL Server preferred • Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and intermediate experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is required • Must possess a customer service demeanor; demonstrate teamwork, flexibility and the ability to plan and organize Preferred Education • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study • 2-5 years experience building clinical databases.
