I am asking for your help in searching of the candidate for Senior operations manager position for our client – the leading aggregate crushing plants located in Euroasia. The region is a hugely successful oil producing area, a significant player on the world stage and with immense potential for further growth. Job profile: Remuneration: Base Salary: Up to $84 000 net of local taxes Bonus: In case of contract renewal at the end of 1 year: 10% of yearly compensation Accommodation: 1 bedroom Apartment (furnished) Transportation: Company car with fuel/maintenance reimbursed Vacation: 2 weeks every 6 months plus R/T air ticket to home country Health Coverage: All local costs reimbursed Duration: 1 year minimum renewable contract The Position is entrusted with the planning, organization, administration and management of the following: To further develop, build and operate the production team in order to be the number 1 aggregate supplier in the market To organize production, maintenance and assembly team to support the business growing To optimize the schedules and plant configurations in order to maximize the production yield and profitability To help sales team to iidentify and maximize selling opportunities by providing technical proposals “lead generation” and other means Management of departmental costs Manage maintenance program Manage spare parts stocks.
