Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Associate Director IS Lead Business Consultant in Ridgefield, CT - please send resumes to dan.wienczkowski@rightthinginc.com Dan Wienczkowski, ACIR, CIR, CDR, CSSR, PRC posted a job: Associate Director IS Lead Business Consultant in Ridgefield, CT - please send resumes to dan.wienczkowski@rightthinginc.com "Title: Associate Director IS Lead Business Consultant Location: Ridgefield, CT Responsibilities: - Provide demand management, business consultancy, domain architecture, program/project management and information technology-related services to assigned business clients, and may lead and manage a medium-sized team of IS Business Consultants. - Identify and analyze business needs, influences and negotiates scope and requirements, and creates opportunities for innovation in process changes and/or technology-enabled solutions. - Lead and manage IS projects, typically the larger, more complex B- and A-level projects, through to large programs. - Project and Program Management including defining project scope and deliverables that support Business goals and strategies. - Responsible for engaging clients in analyzing, prioritizing and governing demand for IS services; accountable for all such IS services; and responsible for insuring that projects and programs realize their intended Business benefits. Requirements: - Minimum of a Bachelors degree, Masters or MBA is preferred; - Progressive IT and business experience of at least 7 years. - Previous Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience is required. - Strong business process knowledge, and a demonstrated capability to apply technology solutions in addressing complex business issues. - Experience managing consultant resources and external creative and technical personnel in a fast-paced and complex project environment. - Must have previous experience managing large scale/complex programs (interdependant projects). - Previous experience managing business priorities and projects across multiple business areas. - Demonstrated project management capability based on the successful completion of large projects in multiple business areas. - Demonstrated capability to develop, maintain, apply and influence through a business, data, application and technical architecture within a functional domain. - Experience line-managing a medium-sized team of IT or business-related professionals (4-9 years) is preferred. - Strong foundation in and a thorough understanding of: 1) methodologies for system design, development, and implementation; 2) all phases of the Project Implementation life cycle; 3) validation and regulatory requirements. - Preferred experience includes the use of prototyping tools. - Must be informed on current and new technologies & their applicability to the business.
