Must be driven and a self starter. • I will talk to anyone no matter their salary requirements. • Must have superior interpersonal and business development skills and able to manage a large staff while interfacing with other executives. • Must currently be in a VP role or higher for a GC firm. • Must have multi-family construction experience (Condominiums, Apartments & Student Living a must).
