Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to): • Sorting, renaming and reformatting incoming requests via fax and/or email for distribution. • Document identification and Data Entry (includes entering customer information and correspondence via phone, chat and emails) • Creating accounts • Organizing and putting new application documents together • Miscellaneous projects • Quality Checking work (very detailed level) Skills/Requirements: • Must be eligible to work in Israel • Mother Tongue English (Written and Verbal) • Computer literate - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Internet. Adobe Acrobat and Power Point a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment • Self starter and able to work with minimal supervision Start Date: ASAP Hours: Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week.
