"Recruitment Consultant + Senior Recruitment Consultant **Pls don’t ask me to view your profile as I will only view it if you send your CV** Global Executive Consulting is expanding across multiple niche sectors and is looking for successful Recruitment Consultants at consultant and senior level. The company only works with recruiters who have a strong billing and delivery record with tier one recruitment firms. Only candidates with billings over £100,000 or equivalent in USD or Euro need apply. The positions will offer a great deal of freedom to work on the roles you want and in the markets that you see best fitting for your skills and exp. In return we offer access to our recruitment tools including our virtual database which allows our consultants to work from home and work the hours they want. The sectors we are currently working in involve Finance, Banking, IT, Telco and Government however we do have clients in other domains. The role will involve the following: 1. High profile business development and networking in order to attract business from clients 2. Developing a portfolio of reliable clients focused on the domain of your choice 3. Headhunting – aggressively targeting companies and taking the best staff from them 4. Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants 5. Contract negotiations both with clients and candidates 6. Winning new Terms with new clients 7. Managing your own desk and hiring staff to work below you when you see fit Essential Skills 1. Business Development in a difficult market 2. Self starter and ability to manage own time 3. Business acumen and ability to target markets 4. Ability to make things happen out of own efforts 5. Never knows when beat attitude The ideal candidate will come from a successful and well branded recruitment firm. Candidates must be able to manage their own time and day plan as well as deliver results where it counts. This role is not a position for the faint hearted as it will require a carefully crafted business model to succeed. The role is best suited to candidates who have worked on difficult desks and who want to run their own desk the way they know it will financially reward them. We currently have jobs that are targeting the following areas, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, UK, Europe, UAE, USA. If you have got experience working in any of these locations and have the capability to make things happen then this could be a rewarding job for you. Consultants who are successful in this role all have strong business acumen and discipline to go after the goals they set themselves by putting a strong business plan together. If you are just starting in recruitment this is not the job for you.
