ESSENTIAL EXP: (pls do not apply if you don’t fit ALL requirements 1-13) 1. Has more than 10 years of telecom call center Business process outsourcing (BPO) experience. 2. Define the required Service Level Agreement(s) to manage the Outsourcing process with the outsourcing partner & Internal departments Technology – Marketing – Finance 3. Evaluate the outsourcing partner Offers & Tenders with investment department and business stick holders 4. Keep track versions system for all documentation related to outsourcing projects 5. Must have current working experience with a Mobile Telco Operator and be a Western National with Western Passport. Candidates working in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia will be given preference. 6. Co-ordinate with the outsourcing PMO to effectively manage the Outsourcing project implementation to insure timely deliverables from all engaged business owners 7. Manage quality of calls across call centers to ensure consistency and quality of customer service 8. Ensure all call centers KPIs are being met as required , this includes KPIs follow up , root cause analysis and issues escalation 9. Design and coordinate the Training programs implementation with HR department and vendors to insure service and products knowledge 10. Coordinate the lunch of the new Products & Services and Escalate system issues 11. Conducted planned and unplanned audits and business reviews to address any incompliance issues 12. Design the required mechanisms to manage and evaluate the Outsourcing process, and Outsourcing KPI’s & service reports and Balanced Scorecards 13. Manage the implementation of IT required components with the Technology department such as : Network & Connectivity ; Legacy Systems deployments ; System Access & Agents Profile Salary - $120,000 USD tax free possible more to attract the best + housing + bonus + flights + healthcare Location – Saudi Arabia Start – ASAP *** NB – Please don’t send PDF CVs or Europass CVs as they will be deleted immediately.
