ESSENTIAL EXP: (pls do not apply if you don’t fit ALL requirements 1-12) 1. Have more than 10 years of telecom call center Business process outsourcing (BPO) experience. 2. Design the outsourcing Budget with concerned parties 3. Prepare the OPEX , CAPEX plans for the outsourced call centers 4. Report on actual vs budgets KPIs 5. Highlight any over spend per cost center and coordinate with cost center owners to prepare the root causes and the recovery plans 6. Coordinate with concerned parties to set operational owners for budget and set communication process 7. Review and approve the vendors invoice (payments) and proactively address discrepancies 8. Calculate and raise the monthly Accruals, PR’s, and PO’s 9. Design the required mechanisms to manage and evaluate the Outsourcing process regarding Incentive & Penalty Matrix (service credit) 10. Prepare the capacity planning for each outsourced call center and highlights any gaps to the plans 11. Coordinate with the outsourcing operation owners the root causes for any deviation to the plan regarding any capacity plan 12. Prepare the policies and procedures for the Outsourcing department.
