To help achieve this we’re now looking for TWO exceptional people to be a key source of advice and guidance to students on issues that may affect them during their time here and provide excellent customer service when they visit the faculty helpdesk. You’ll also be responsible for handling the requirements of the faculty’s additional needs students. You must have experience in a similar customer facing role, ideally in higher education, and be able to deal with enquiries calmly and professionally. A knowledge of the issues facing students and a commitment to equality and diversity are absolutely essential. You’ll be IT literate and highly organised, with a meticulous approach and a keen eye for detail. There is one full-time and one part-time post available (the part-time post will be on a job share basis, Wednesday to Friday).
