Experience must include advising employers relative to benefit design, funding, administration communication and compliance of Medical, RX, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and other similar related benefits. Will consider people with relevant employer experience. Minimum 50% applicable experience must have been directly in a brokerage and or consulting capacity. Benefit’s designation a plus.
