"Job Category: Financial Services/Compliance Career Level: Entry Level - Administrative Candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills. This role requires confidentiality, strong communication and organizational skills. Candidate should be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently and be computer proficient. Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to): • Compiling and organizing client documentation into investigation files for investigation team. • Conducting reviews of new business for compliance and risk • Raise opportunities for data, technology and process improvements • Update and communicate with investigation team on investigation files and data • Culminate and organize data for ongoing client screening • Creating and maintaining online policy resource guides • Performs special projects as necessary Skills/Requirements: • Must be eligible to work in Israel • Mother Tongue English (Written and Verbal) • The candidate must have strong research skills, advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and experience with on-line research systems including the Internet. • Ability to learn organizational structure of investigation process • The candidate must have strong writing, analytical and communication skills and be able to multi-task and complete projects on time. • Should be a self-starter and organized; ability to work independently, without supervision. • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment • Self starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Some awareness of risk management and AML checking procedures (desired however not required) Start Date: ASAP Hours: Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm & Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm winter / 8:00am – 2:00pm summer.
