Please review all of our national and international job listings at www.7SolutionsUSA.com General Comments • Leading Global Manufacturer / Distributor of Consumer Products seeks a Director, Indirect Sourcing for their Corporate Headquarters in New Jersey. • Individual will manage a team of sourcing professionals responsible for $300+ million spend in various professional services categories. • These categories will include consulting, Human Resources, marketing services, laboratory services, telecom etc. • The Director will collaborate across all Commercial Business Units, Product Teams and Marketing Operations Teams at all levels of management to assess customer need and implement sourcing category strategies and projects. • Will lead initiatives to add value and reduce costs for major indirect sourcing in North America, lend sourcing support on a global basis, and lead / coach stakeholders in procurement transformation. REQUIREMENTS: • We require an individual who can deliver cost reduction results by applying disciplined strategic sourcing process while developing strong stakeholder relationships throughout the organization. • The ability to manage multiple teams of procurement professionals and provide category leadership is essential. • BS degree required, MBA preferred combined with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
