"We are looking for candidates for the IT Budgeting & Procurement Manager position at a Multinational Telecom Company. Position Title: IT Budgeting & Procurement Manager Sector: Telecom Company type: Multinational Telecom Company Salary: 130K – 350K Location: Lahore Essential Requirements: -- About five years (or more) experience -- Recent experience in IT Budgeting and Procurement (Note: IT-related experience is mandatory) -- Recent experience in Telecom or FMCG company (that is Multinational or similarly prestigious) Job Description -- Be responsible to lead IT Procurement & Budgeting team -- Prepare and monitor the departmental budget (Capex & Opex) -- Manage the expenditure in Capex & Opex categories -- Facilitate PR, PO and contract management process in collaboration with Legal, Taxation, Treasury and other concerned departments -- Manage strategic relationships with local and foreign vendors -- Be responsible for cost-benefit analysis/ TCO calculation for to-be acquired products & services or entire project -- Be responsible for preparation of long term business plan in line with company’s vision and commercial road map Essential Skills -- Have strong quantitative and analytical skills -- Have strong communication and presentation skills Desirable Skills -- Effective interpersonal skills -- Computer Proficiency -- Should have good working knowledge of Oracle Financials -- Should be proficient in MS Office Candidate with relevant experience can send there CV at aly.careerpakistan@gmail.com"
