Position Title: Manager Circuit/Packet Switch Engineering Sector: Telecom Company type: Multinational Telecom Company Salary range: 130K - 260K Location: Islamabad Essential Requirements: -- About six years (or more) work experience -- Recent experience in Telecom Multinational Company -- Recent experience in Core network (planning, design and optimization) -- Recent experience related to Circuit/Packet Switch -- Electrical Engineering (or related) degree Job Description: -- Ensure Core network planning, design and optimization -- Monitor and optimize core network KPIs -- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the Circuit switch (CS) network related issues -- Facilitate Hardware management and dimensioning. -- Facilitate technical solution design formulation and Queries/issues handling -- Ensure CS network deployment/upgrade project planning, monitoring and control -- Participate in Technical Budgeting and strategy building -- Ensure Planning and coordination for launch of new services/applications. -- Evaluate offers from suppliers for Core network expansions and new services. -- Recommend up-coming Data related technologies and services to meet business requirements -- Plan and conduct trials and IOT with different vendors The ideal candidate should -- Hold a bachelors degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom/ Wireless Communications Engineering. -- Have minimum 6 years of relevant experience Essential Skills -- Able to lead / manage team(s). -- Strong knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP/SIP-I, BICC and other protocols. -- Strong knowledge of call flows Desirable Skills -- Strong computer skills -- Strong IP knowledge Candidate with relevant experience can send there CV at aly.careerpakistan@gmail.com"
