We’ve come together again to create a fully integrated solution bringing Managed Network Services and MPS under one management umbrella. The Managed Services Sales Leader executes Agiliant’s “MITOS” (Managed IT and Output Services) strategy as an employee of Agiliant’s regional affiliate in the Inland Empire, California region. Ideal candidates will expand and manage sales revenue in current account bases as well as uncover and drive new market share. The Managed Services Sales Leader is responsible for all sales cycles including pre and post sales, opportunity analysis, demonstrations and value proposition presentations as well as working closely with the MITOS experts to ensure effective implementation and post-sales support. We are looking for industry leading closers and Managers that easily deliver a value proposition for managed services and outsourcing solutions. If you are a proven managed services executive pursuit specialist that possesses exceptional closing skills and your most powerful solution is to build business opportunities no one else can imagine, then we want you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: • You will perform complex business analyses of customer’s IT business requirements and develops benchmark demonstrations, proposals and value propositions that exceeds customers’ requirements resulting in the development of new customers and expansion of existing accounts by applying a consultative approach. • You will serve as the Area-based subject matter expert relative to our affiliates Managed Services programs and services. • You will draft document assessments for delivery to clients. Locally, owns the methodology for delivering assessments to prospects. • You will proactively develop new customer contacts, close leads, and participate in customers’ strategic planning sessions. • You will monitor and report upon the pipeline for Managed Services opportunities. Identifies and escalates any inhibitors with respect to the MITOS initiative. • Proactively keeps current on MITOS developments, competitive services and industry trends – provides feedback as appropriate. • Provides training and direction to affiliates sales force relative to Managed Services programs and in the identification and development of Managed Services opportunities. • Actively engages with Agiliant sales in the identification and pursuit of Managed Services opportunities with new and existing customers. • Exceeds Managed Services revenue and gross profit expectations. REQUIREMENTS: • Four (4) years successful Managed Services selling and management experience. • Ability to clearly articulate the Managed Services value proposition. • Master of transition selling, identifying need before opportunity. • Passion for success. Demonstrated history of exceeding targets. • Strong industry knowledge in several outsourced managed services (e.g. print service, managed network, IT services, application service provider, cloud computing, business process outsourcing…etc.). • Demonstrated and proven ability to prospect, present, and develop proposals to successfully close managed services accounts. • Possess analytical and solution selling skills. • Expert consultative selling and negotiating skills with C-Level Executives. • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across organizations. • Possess the ability to mentor a cross-functional team of sales reps with differing backgrounds to identify, qualify and propose managed services.
