Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: SYSTEM SECURITY SPECIALIST Required at Riyadh, SAUDI ARABIA ABDUL MAJID KHAN CCIE Security #27097 posted a job: SYSTEM SECURITY SPECIALIST Required at Riyadh, SAUDI ARABIA "SYSTEM SECURITY SPECIALIST Required RESPONSIBILITIES: • To ensure systems security comply with audit standard requirement • To constantly review and streamline the security policies and processes • To provide regular update to the team on the latest security technologies and trends • To perform periodic Core systems review and enforce policies compliance • To perform vulnerability assessment and patch/change management • To provide active Cyber threat monitoring and dissemination of information and reporting • To plan and oversee the implementation of a Security Operation Center (SOC) team • To plan and implement Security Incident and Event management (SIEM) platform • To provide System related Security Incident Investigation and Management • To Build/deploy server resources, both physical and virtual. Writing technical documentation where required. • To assist in design and implementation of support processes where appropriate • To Monitor and optimize the System Security, Servers and domain environment. • To Improve/automate administrative procedures. • To help structure, install and manage information security systems to protect an organization's computer information and prevent the loss of data • To watch for security breaches and respond to them, if necessary • To Train users and promote security awareness to ensure system security and to improve server and network efficiency • To develop plans to safeguard computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs • To confer with users to discuss issues such as computer data access needs, security violations, and programming changes • To monitor current reports of computer viruses to determine when to update virus protection systems • To modify computer security files to incorporate new software, correct errors, or change individual access status • To perform risk assessments and execute tests of data processing system to ensure functioning of data processing activities and security measures • To document computer security and emergency measures policies, procedures, and tests • To review violations of computer security procedures and discuss procedures with violators to ensure violations are not repeated. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Engineering • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in the systems security area • Solid experience with Backup/Restore/DR procedures • Candidate must also be innovative, customer-focused and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills • Should have expertise with all types Operating Systems like AIX, Linux, Unix, Windows etc. • Should have expertise with Databases • Should have expertise with Antiviruses • Should have expertise with System Security Technologies and Applications. • Interested applicants, please forward your detailed CVs with a recent photograph to cheersunny1@hotmail.com."
