"As part of the Managed Services Solutions team your role will be pivotal in the success of supporting large corporate infrastructure projects across Melbourne. You will be responsible for hardware installation, networking, network support and technical delivery of solutions to a wide range of clients. This role is designed for professionals seeking career advancement and the opportunity to play with the latest networking technologies. This role will allow you to work with a team of professionals or independently on projects. Consulting skills and technical advancements will be enhanced in this organisation. A boutique player in consulting and managed services, you will be ahead of the game in IT support. Our client has won a major project and as such they are seeking to fill 2 positions immediately or January 2012 start date. You will require experience in network technical support predominantly in the Windows environment and preferably working in the Consulting or Managed Services sector. You will be required to have established communication and presentation skills as this role is working on-site across a range of clients. As the successful candidate, our client offers a work life balance, great salary and career training/progression. To be considered for these newly created positions, you will be required to have the following skills/experience: 1.3-4+ years Network/Server Technical Support or Engineer experience working with Windows 200/2008, Active Directory, Exchange Server and Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), VMware, Linux or Cisco. 2.Excellent knowledge of the operation and maintenance of computer hardware and/or software 3.Technical qualifications and experience within a Consulting organisation within a corporate environment 4.Impeccable communication and presentation skills 5. Solid work ethics and the ability to just on with the job 6. MCSE or equivalent certification 7.Available to commence work in Dec 2011 or early Jan 2012.
