"RELOCATION IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE Our UHC Claim Operations is seeking a dynamic leader to be the Claim Site director in our Eau Claire, WI location. This person will be responsible for a 400+ employee operation that handles Medicare and Retirement Claims. Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Responsible for driving and reinforcing the leadership cornerstones of redefining quality, aligning accountability and enabling people • Provide on-site leadership over assigned functions, staff, projects and daily operations • Determine, provide leadership to and be accountable for the performance and results through multiple layers of management and staff • Define/develop the tools needed to measure progress and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives • Provide expertise to teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims • Consistently demonstrates ability to succeed in a continuously changing and challenging environment Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of leadership experience in managing a large employee group (50+) • 5+ years of operations management experience"
