"Change International is currently searching for a Manager Account Management for their client’s Business Aviation unit. The Manager for Account Management is responsible for team leadership of the assigned geographic regional teams. The position partners with other global Account Management Leaders to meet or exceed revenue targets and customer satisfaction expectations and reports to the Vice President EMEA. This leader ensures team direction and execution is in alignment with the global and regional Business Aviation strategy. Essential Functions • Plans, develops and manages Account Management strategy. • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives. • Plays an active role in the development and implementation of market growth plans for assigned region(s). • Executes on market growth for assigned region(s). • Implementation of the regional Account Management strategy in alignment with the overall Business Aviation strategy. • Executes the team goals for Account Management. • Executive level communication with key accounts in assigned region(s). • Marketing services to support Business Aviation tactical plan. • Responsible for Account Management within the defined region and customer segmentation. • Expanding portfolio of products with existing customers • Ensure revenue generation at tradeshow and conference participation • Manages, develops and motivates employees • Works in partnership with Director of Business Aviation Client Management to define where Business Aviation clients reside and what the SLA commitments are. Candidate Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of experience. Master’s degree desirable • Aviation industry and market knowledge a must. • Product based selling skills a must. • Key account management skills. • Leadership Skills. • Reporting and analytical skills. • Owns customer and key market relationships within assigned region and determines how relationships will be managed. • Identifies Account Management team members and determines how team is organized for assigned region(s). • Plans, schedules, and arranges Account Management activities to accomplish assigned objectives. • Engages appropriate resources to meet customer’s requirements. • Minimum 5 years sales, account management, and/or customer service experience required. • Minimum 5 years aviation industry experience required. • Minimum 3 years leadership experience required. • Pilot certificate desirable, but not required.
