The Role: • The position is developed in Bogota and is responsible for the area in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru • Manages directly 10 people (including managers) and 20 contractors. • Ensure the proper functioning of IT in the cluster. • Acting as a liaison and strategic business partner, providing IT support to the requirements of the operation. • Define service levels with the business according to local users needs, the resources of each country and related costs, while monitoring compliance. • Define the necessary infrastructure changes. • Promote synergies at local level between PGI, PGM and PGS, ensuring alignment of business intelligence strategy with business needs. The Requirements • Bachelor in Business Administration, Systems or Engineering. • Post graduate studies in Administration and/or Projects Management • 5 years experience in a similar IT position, including development, implementation and maintenance of great scale systems. • Approximately 4 years experience in project management. • Has managed team virtually (across tome zones and boarders) • Proven expertise in business intelligence • Management Skills (HR): has recruited, develop and coached individuals and teams.
