"Responsibility: 1. Establish and modify the staffing strategy and policies with HR Director; 2. Annual H/C forecast, communicate with line department in analysis hiring request ,draft the recruitment plan base on the analysis 3. To work out effective job description of each APG Position 4. Source and evaluate the appropriate channels of talents supply 5. Professional selection of talents with line partnership 6. Develop and implement the employee relationship programs to ensure a harmonious / fairly employee relations environment 7. Implementing/maintaining/modifying HR systems associated accessing, retrieving and reporting on external employee information. 8. Lead and develop the specific functional staff of Recruitment ,Employee relationship 9. Assist in other HR schemes like performance management, TOR analysis & improvement, Retention program, etc 10.Manage recruitment channel and coach staffing office & assistant to cover requirement gap 11.Headhunter evaluation and management, and work with purchasing team to cut down staffing Cost 12.Talent pool build up Requirements 1. Bachelor degree in HRM or Business administration 2. CET-6 or above 3. Highly skillful in employee selection process & skills 4. Good command of both written and spoken English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instruction, procedure manuals, and other related documents. 5. Working knowledge of following software preferred: Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) 6. Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively 7. Process-orientation 8. Combine intelligence, common sense, social confidence, and maturity 9.
