To expand our team we have position for a European Sales Manager -Living in Germany or The Netherlands- Position: In this position you will be the key person in Europe and responsible for growing and expanding our activities. - Manage the European sales team - Develop growth plans and strategies to establish Wearwell throughout the European continent. - Manage the development of multiple sales channels including a comprehensive industrial distribution network composed of catalog accounts, branches, independents and internet shops - Develop and maintain relationships with key end user customers. Have face-face meetings, phone calls and other communications - Be the link between Europe and the US in terms of market conditions, customer expectations, product needs, performance, competitive activity, trends, B2B expectations et cetera - Meeting the sales and profit targets The position requires 70% travelling – mainly in Germany and Europe, and is home office based. You will report to the VP Sales & Marketing in the USA Your profile: - Management skills - Bachelor degree and min. 5 years work experience with industrial distributors and setting up a network - Sales management experience on a European level - Track record in building and expanding a sales team - Independent, responsible, taking initiative, hands on - Energetic person, entrepreneurial, good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical, problem solver - Command of German and English.
