"• Canberra based Federal Government contract • 12mths contract • Immediate start or January 2012 Specializing in ICT/Management Consulting services, our client is an international company with a strong market presence nationally. With a commitment to expanding the Canberra Office and business capabilities, this organisation is seeking to employ the services of an experienced IBM Websphere MQ Developer with consulting and/or federal government experience. You will be working alongside a large team of professionals working across a broad range of applications development projects. Preferred Skills • IBM Websphere MQ v7 • Websphere Message Broker v7 (certified) • Be able to review Integration Functional Designs (IFDs), providing feedback that will aid in the delivery of the artefacts described in the following responsibilities. • The ability to deliver Unit Test Scripts for the interface components execute in accordance with specified requirements. • The ability to build the interface components as defined in the ITDs and ICDs. Support the Disconnected Testing and Function Testing of the interface components allocated, ultimately ensuring their delivery to Product Test. •Adhere to the build standards, guidelines and methodology as specified by your Team Lead. Deliver quality work products using checklists, project guidelines and participate in Process and Solution Quality (or equivalent) reviews Skills/experience: 1. 4-5 years experience working as a IBM Websphere MQ developer within a Federal Government environment 2. Consulting or professional services experience 3. Available to commence work in January 2012 4. Above skills/experience 5. Australian Citizen – current clearance or have the ability to obtain a Federal Government security clearance Please note: only candidates that meet the above criteria will be contacted.
