"Looking for a Program Coordinator in Chicago, IL   Seeking a Program Coordinator for a non-profit association located in Chicago (Loop). The Coordinator will oversee the operational activities and projects of the department. Essential functions of this position include tracking of financial transactions, processing invoices for payment, generating various financial reports, and keeping CRM up to date.  The Coordinator is also responsible for all aspects of the groups’ scholarships, grants, and awards programs.  Successful candidates will develop and implement project plans and timelines for other initiatives that support the groups’ strategic plan.  The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience with non-profit organizations and be passionate about associations. Strong communication and technical skills are a must. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines is essential in this role.
