The Director of M&A would be responsible for identifying, investigating, analyzing, and coordinating new business opportunities (domestic and international) for acquisition, joint venture, and merger partnerships. The ideal candidate would have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA preferred; 5 – 15 years of work experience in mergers & acquisitions; full process from initiation to successful completion required; strong analytical skills with financial and market data; previous large M&A targets ($2M - $700M) required; technology, manufacturing/distribution industry experience a plus; strong management and leadership skills; an ability to interact with all organizational levels, notably C-level management; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
