Leap29 are currently working alongside one an Internationally Ranked law firm in seeking a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer for an Associate position their Riyadh office. The firm in question have a multitude of practices in the GCC and this appointment is part of their strategic development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Corporate & Commercial Lawyers are expected to have between 1-3 PQE + and proven corporate expertise, gained at a firm with a recognized practice in this area. Applicants are expected to have experience working with international clients ideally candidates will have already worked at a leading law firm based in the area. The role will deal with a variety of corporate and financial matters, and will involve working on high value, high profile projects. At least some of the following will be familiar to you: - Private Equity - Negotiating & Structuring Transactions - Joint Ventures and M&A - Contract drafting - Due diligence for international clients As they have an impressive client base of multinational companies, the required candidate must have a very strong background both professionally and academically. They must have trained at a recognised firm in the UK or garnered some experience within the US.
