The ideal candidate would have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA preferred; 5 – 15 years of work experience in mergers & acquisitions; full process from initiation to successful completion required; strong analytical skills with financial and market data; previous large M&A targets ($2M - $700M) required; technology, manufacturing/distribution industry experience a plus; strong management and leadership skills; an ability to interact with all organizational levels, notably C-level management; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
