From industrial machinery and building products to the latest in automotive and aerospace design, my clients software helps people design the products and devices that empower the modern world. In this role you will lead our efforts with my clients Inventor LT Suite, comprising their Inventor LT and AutoCAD LT for designing all kinds of manufactured goods. Their Inventor LT Suite helps manufacturing organizations integrate the latest in 3D parametric design technologies within their existing 2D workflows at a pace that suites them. The suite also provides a cost effective design platform for smaller businesses operating within high-tech supply chains that demand uncompromising quality of design. The product manager will divide his or her time between defining what the software does and how people encounter, try, and ultimately acquire the product. Through qualitative and quantitative research, the product manager understands who the product is for and what problems it must solve. Drawing on experience delivering technology products over the web and collaborating with other product teams, the product manager will help assure customers have the optimal experience finding, trying, and purchasing their Inventor LT Suite. Additionally, the product manager will work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to help them develop approaches to accelerate sales growth.
