Manager Technical Support Based in Mexico Responsibilities: Manage Technical Support resources to meet or exceed customer expectations according with SLA’s and internal quality requirements. To serve as liaison with external vendors to honor our client's service support contracts with customers. Become part of the service escalation path, and expedite service support activities to let customer get focused on his core business instead on our client's responsibilities.
