Is always coming up with suggestions and is able to generate a wide range of original ideas for incremental improvements.Foresee all the infrastructure required for the project. Identify the risks of the projects.Proficient in test design and analysis methodologies, along with possessing focused expertise in functional/domain area such as 2G/3G. Should guide with an alternative solution to fall back on in any situation and can detect complex technical problems quickly. The application of knowledge, skills, tool, and techniques to project activities in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations from a project Overall performance results and behaviors reflect a very high level of contribution. Advanced - The required job competency level who can perform key tasks/responsibilities without a little supervision and little training. -->System Testing(L3)-Given a tool /automation platform, able to identify what can be automated.Select appropriate methodology for validation of the test step. Strong knowledge Automate test cases. Able to debug/fix errors in test scripts. -->Test Framework(L3)-1. In addition to the level 2: Ability to coordinate the execution of the test passes, testers based on requirements for the ongoing tests, oversee both the manual and the automation processes, triage surfacing issues and help assign them to the correct personnel, prioritize issues and resource-balance. 2.Should be able to determine depth test requirements based on code coverage info and other sources, evaluate risk of code change, provides information as feedback about future requirements and adjustments including Test Plan modification. 3. Should be able to make recommendations on increasing test coverage and/or shortening execution time and determine test impact for specific fixes. 4) Should be able to develop WTT plug-in (using WTT OM Model)based on project requirements.
