Good understanding of Java EE 5 platform, Annotations, JPA, Dependency injection, EJB 3.0, Web services, JSF 1.2, JSP2.1, Servlet 2.5, JSTL 1.2 and the simpler packaging rules. Aware of JMX, JTA. Should have hands-on experience in AJAX, RIA, Mashups, RSS feeds, Weblog HTML, XHTML. Experience in Photoshop/Flash techniques to produce good user interface. Should have experience with one of the Web Service Engines such as Axis, Web Services implementations in popular Application Servers such as Weblogic, Websphere Application Servers, Jboss, etc..
