The Group owns and operates 41 offices worldwide.   Follow us on twitter.com/coberonchronos and facebook.com /coberonchronos Our Client is a market leader in wireless radio products with blue chip customers in over 100 countries around the world.    Director of Sales Asia & Middle East   The company is seeking a Director of Sales for Asia and Middle East.  This role will be responsible for sales activity and results throughout Asia and the Middle East and will report to the VP of Global Sales.       KEY RESPONSIBILITES:     Define the right sales strategy for both regions and build a sales plan accordingly Work with existing and new channels in both regions according to the sales plan Present the new SR product to key potential customers and drive them to trial the product. Develop the SR market throughout both regions identifying the right channels to do so Push the existing open opportunities in both the Middle East and Asia towards closing Develop opportunities with key end-users (utilities, government projects, Oil and Gas, carriers) and cooperate with global and local channels to complete the sale and implementation cycle Manage presale and post sales activities with System Engineering technical team Work with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and build a comprehensive marketing plan for the market Work with consultants to promote sales     KEY REQUIREMENTS: Vast experience in sales and business development as well as channel management in Asia and Middle East Minimum 5 years of experience of telecoms, preferably in microwave radio communications Excellent communication and presentation skills Direct experience in vertical market sectors: governments, utilities, security, transport, oil & gas, public safety, fixed line and cellular Frequent travel within the region (50% of the time) Strong understanding of sales cycles and procurement processes associated with them for both niche and mass market products Able to identify and quickly qualify business leads and establish and maintain relationships with key industry players Able to leverage network of industry contacts and relationships to generate new business in various sectors Proven relationship management skills     Desirable: Knowledge and understanding of telecoms requirements for utilities as they affect utilities’ core SCADA requirements and awareness of emerging technology issues in the sector http://bull.hn/l/H4H0/2"
