"Account Exec Industrial Sales (Ovens & Conveyor Belts)- West 532807 in Dallas, TX Account Exec Industrial Sales (Ovens & Conveyor Belts)- West Our client is a family owned ($30M) Capital Equipment manufacturer of Industrial Ovens & Conveyor Belts, headquartered in Northern Ohio. They are looking for an Account Executive to manage the Western Area (TX, OK, AZ, CA, CO, KS, MO, NV, UT) who has (10) years sales experience selling Conveyor Belts or Industrial Ovens in a distributor and direct model. The must-haves for this role: (10) years Industrial sales experience in the Conveyor Belt and/or Industrial Oven space. (10) years experience selling via a distribution model and building/managing a regional team of distributors. (10) experience selling in a direct model and closing deals valued up to $3M+ JOB DESCRIPTION:   Manages and directs sales activity in assigned territory to achieve sales and profit goals within that region.  Establishes new distributors where appropriate and evaluates current distributors to maximize sales potential.  Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies for assigned region.  Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and regional sales potential.   Implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. Location: HOME OFFICE IN TERRITORY (TX, OK, AZ, CA, CO, KS, MO, NV, UT) Compensation: Base Salary:  $65,000 OTE:  $100,000 - $120,000 + No Cap + Great Benefits + Expenses   Duties & Responsibilities: Increase profitable sales of all products in the assigned territory. Collaborate and communicate effectively with customers, distributors, integrators and other departments in the organization Build relationships with distributors, integrators and end use customers that support short term and long term sales objectives, build the brand and sustain business. Use established processes and selling tools in place at including the quote program, Sales Force CRM, etc.. Participate in strategic sales discussions and objective setting. Ability to translate customer requirements into product and service solutions in a team selling environment. Become proficient in products and their application for all  products. Performs other duties as assigned.     Requirements: Familiar with a variety of the industries concepts, practices, and procedures related to the material handling and process heating industries.    Must be willing and able to travel frequently.  Part of success in this position will be measured by the amount of time spent face to face selling with customers and prospects in the assigned territory.     Supervisory Responsibilities: None, however this position is a leadership role and the successful performer will be a strong leader.   Qualifications:   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
