"The Marketing Manager is an individual contributor role and will be a key member of the organization and will be responsible for the entire multi-retail store marketing operations. Rretail marketing experience or new store and/or product launch experience helpful. Must be comfortable working in a small collaborative team environment and be able to clearly demonstrate proficiency in creating marketing campaigns, email and promotional marketing campaigns, forecasting, ROI evaluation, managing an email database and evaluating creative marketing. Our client is experiencing unprecedented growth and is looking for a dynamic, hands-on and multi-talented marketing individual with a strong background in promotional marketing, email campaigns, grassroots marketing, social media and branding to develop and execute marketing & promotional programs for their retail stores. The company is still rather small in number of stores but has an aggressive schedule of new store openings over the next five years. This is a terrific opportunity to expand your marketing skills in a hands-on role and grow within the company while working closely with both the Owner and the President of the company. This position will have direct responsibility for attracting new customers, creating sales and store foot traffic as well as managing the company’s online and social media presence. General Responsibilities •Overall responsibility for attracting and soliciting new customers to promote sales and events via creative marketing techniques •Drive sales and foot traffic in retail stores and online through the use of promotion tools, local media and maintenance of the company’s online presence while adhering to the company’s brand and brand values. •Maintain brand values and ensure that all promotional messages are consistent with our brand look, feel and style and brand values. •Create, manage and maintain marketing/promotions schedule/calendar for all stores to also include email campaigns, local media, social media tools and events within agreed promotional budget. •Maintain online presence through the use of shop websites, face book pages and Twitter. •Report on campaign performance - routinely report results of promotions to management in a timely an accurate manner in agreed formats •Create Facebook page for each store using store images and company branding etc., update the face book page with upcoming events and stories previous events etc. •Maintain promotional budget for creative and media costs •Maintain website content and work with internal Web Development team to ensure that appropriate static content for upcoming events etc. is updated.
