In addition to the help they provide to the injured patient, they are a powerful resource to those who represent injured patients. They serve attorneys and physicians by minimizing time and expense on medication and reimbursement issues. Their team is dedicated to setting a model of excellence in serving injured patients, their families, and the professionals who help them. The successful Candidate will be responsible for prospecting and creating business relationships with partners of law firms, physicians and medical treatment facilities in the assigned territory. You must be able to develop strong business relationships that grow company revenues. Your efforts will center on identifying these prospects, presenting programs to principals, closing new business, and developing and managing the relationships. Your potential clients will include both the medical and legal marketplaces. The candidate must have a proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships in their past selling experience. They will be willing to learn how to canvass, and dig deep to prospect and penetrate the market. He or she will be a quick study on how to set goals, build relationships, and close the deal. Our Client wants a self-starter who welcomes accountability and the challenge of performance compensation. The Account Manager will personify the company's success at selling a solution to small businesses. Location: Savannah, GA Relocation: No Base Salary: $65,000.00 OTE:  $150,000.00 Responsibilities Manage day-to-day relationships with customers and develop a deep understanding of their needs Develop strong ties with key customers and key accounts and be proactive in understanding the trends and issues likely to impact the market Identify, prioritize and pursue new and existing opportunities with current and future customers Implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals Utilize company's database (Salesforce.com) for all account tracking and documentation purposes Prepare sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product Monitor and evaluate the activities of the competition Achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives Provide market information to improve product service positioning Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the legislative and regulatory environment surrounding workers' compensation and communicate environmental analysis to senior management Assist management in formulating strategy to rapidly grow company revenues    The successful candidate will have a business owner mentality and demonstrate exceptional success in the following areas: A history of relationship selling Service /consultative/ abstract selling (financial services, software, payroll services, pharma, medical device, sales experience would be ideal) Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in both a team and independent environment Ability to build high-level strategic alliances Presentation, listening, empathizing and collaboration skills Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and system a plus Bachelor's degree preferre... http://bull.hn/l/JGZI/2"
