The Analyst will be responsible for requirements research, analysis and design, and documentation for business processes and supporting tools. The Analyst will also be involved during the end-to-end system development process to drive documentation, configuration, quality assurance, deployment, and support as necessary. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Act as a subject matter expert across the quote to cash functions. - Work with customers, partners and internal personnel to ascertain business requirements & document the requirement definitions. - Generate high quality functional design specifications to address business process requirements. - Configure systems to match the business requirements. - Review Technical Specification Documents to better understand intricacies of software. - Test to ensure solutions function as defined in business requirements with high quality. - Review and contribute to the development of end-user documentation. - Sustain knowledge of industry standards/methodologies in Quote to Cash tools and best practices. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience: 5 to 7 years relevant experience - Extreme proficiency in analyzing/documenting user business requirements for a technical audience, which includes but is not limited to: Storyboards, Use Cases, UML Diagrams, Requirement Definitions and Functional Specifications. - Proven technical aptitude that allows for translation technical concepts in to business process requirements, and vice-versa for both internal and external customers. - Proficient with Microsoft Office products, as well as other tools to analysis and documentation tasks. MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE U.S. ON AN UNLIMITED BASIS FOR AN INDEFINITE TIME PERIOD PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Business Analyst experience with retail solutions, hosted technologies, and web solutions - Consulting background would be a plus - Experience with configuring SaaS applications like Zuora and Salesforce.com - Self-directed individual who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
