As a part of the Risk team you will be an integral part of a high energy team that is revolutionizing the way that DTCC delivers value to its customers. This position is responsible for providing expert internal consultative services and for analyzing, designing, and developing (yes, some hands-on too!) highly complex, quantitative, financial risk application software. The Technical Lead/Architect will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers on the team. Successful candidate will possess 10+ years overall IT experience with current expertise in C++ (5+ years), current or recent Java (3+ years), Unix, and RDBMSs (highly prefer Sybase) in large enterprise environments. Experience should include infrastructure knowledge and have experience doing application performance tuning, server/middleware debugging, and DB optimization as well technical leadership and mentoring.
