"Title - Sales Executive || Sector - Technology/Software Sales || Salary £30k base, with OTE £50k || Location - near Reading, England The company that I am recruiting for specialises in working with technology organisations with high value, complex and consultatively sold software solutions. They are established and continue to strike partnerships with leading technology companies, as they go from strength to strength. They are seeking several Inside Sales professionals, to join their team, to support the sales activities of a number of named clients. Ideally, the person will have experience of inside sales function, and will have exposure to complex sales solutions, mapping out company structures, decision makers etc, identifying pain points and so on, rather than selling "off the shelf" software solutions. As a Sales Executive, your role in the team will be to support Senior Account Managers in the early sales process with a view to developing good pipeline for significant sized sales deals. Ongoing training is provided, and there is potential for long term growth, should you wish. Your main responsibilities will include: * Follow up, qualify, manage and identify leads. * Increase the revenue per head of the sales team * Reduce the length of the sales cycle * Increase the average order value of their deals * Improve their conversion and win rates * Create a steady influx of quality pipeline to support growth plans and exit strategies * Ask questions and find out more about customers’ needs. You must be professional, proactive and confident speaking over the telephone. You will be required to map out prospects and identify decision makers, and whether there is a realistic prospect of pipeline being established with the prospect. The successful candidate does not need a degree, but they will be articulate, and they must be able to learn to produce detailed reports as to the solutions that may be sold to prospects - fully training will be provided from the start, and ongoing for the whole team. Being comfortable in a sales environment is essential and experience will significantly improve the prospects of succeeding in this role. You may be wanting to progress from an Inside Sales position into a Field Sales role, and wanting to gain experience of complex solutions. You will benefit from a competitive salary of £30,000, plus a realistic On Target Earnings of £50,000. You will also have the chance to work within a fast moving and rapidly expanding company that believes in encouraging personal and professional growth. This is a full time and permanent position.
