"Looking for an IT Support Analyst in Tucson, AZ Information Technology Support Analyst Location: Tucson, AZ Overview: This position’s primary responsibilities include general front-line support of client PC computers for company’s home offices and remote users. This includes installation and ongoing maintenance of software applications under the Microsoft Windows operating environment and basic installation and troubleshooting of computer software and hardware issues as they relate to day-to-day operations of the organization. The Analyst will act as first-level support for these technology-related issues and be responsible for coordinating, prioritizing, resolving, and escalating service requests as necessary. The Analyst will frequently be required to address requests for technical assistance by remote users. Additional responsibilities include maintenance and trouble-shooting of Microsoft Windows network configurations and connectivity protocols, including Virtual Private Network environments and peripheral hardware. This position will report to the Director of IT.
