"Primary responsibilities of position: The Associate Manager’s role is to coordinate the day to day operations of the Non-Diagnostic Orders and Results team, including the scheduling of routine work, scheduled maintenance and prioritization of work assignment to meet the required service delivery. The team configures and maintains the non- interfaced orders within SCM ie: nursing, consults, eMAR. This individual will perform leadership functions on a team, including mentoring of team members and dissemination of pertinent information to the team. Additional responsibilities include: • Configuration of forms and tables for the non diagnostic orders in SCM • Troubleshoots configuration • Manages service requests for the team; makes assignments and monitors completion; monitors compliance with practices and SLA measures. • Work with leadership to manage the team’s personal growth & performance goals • Coordinates and cooperates with other leadership members on the completion of performance evaluations. • Provides operation support • Manages team compliance with processes related to service, including incident, change and problem management, service communications and project status communications. • Acts as a liaison between the team & the leadership team. Disseminates pertinent information on a regular basis. • Works in close cooperation with other team leaders to manage the department’s workload and improve departments operations. • Orient new staff members to maximize their performance. Qualifications: • Minimum of three (3) years experience in configuration and support of a clinical EMR. • Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills and analytic skills through activities as project and committee work. Specific experience / skills required: • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective leadership[ for scheduling and technical operations coordination • Strong time management and personal organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task • Knowledge of Sunrise Clinical Manager a Plus If you feel you may be a fit for this position please send resume and contact information to our Talent Specialist at Talent@partnersinitinc.com"
