"The primary responsibility is to support the training efforts for the rollout of all clinical modules: Sunrise Acute Care Manager; Medication Manager and Ambulatory Care Manager. Responsibilities include: • Develop training methods and materials (e.g. instructor guides, exercises, reference guides, handouts, etc.) • Deliver introductory lectures and demonstrations on any new information systems • Develop and deliver departmental in-service training on the use of the new Eclipsys application(s) • Identify the types of data required for the training database • Discuss workflow and policy and procedure changes related to the software implementation • Provide coaching to students during training sessions • Participate in evaluating training programs • Act as a resource and problem solver during system activation • Complete assigned work plan tasks within the scheduled timeframe Job Requirements: • Clinical background required. Experience and/or knowledge of hospital/healthcare environment • Positive attitude, highly motivated, and conscientious employee • Strong communication skills, both oral and written • Skill set needed to develop and implement large-scale hospital end-user training plans for new information systems • Instructional design skills • Experience with Sunrise Acute Care / Sunrise Clinical Manager, Windows and Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) applications If you feel you may be a fit for this position please send resume and contact information to our Talent Specialist at Talent@partnersinitinc.com"
