"Job Description Primary responsibilities of position: The Business Analyst will be working with the clinical staff, project and configuration teams to understand and design the optimal workflow for the use of the medication administration software. KBMA uses patient & clinical information in Sunrise Clinical Manager and dispensing information from the Sunrise Pharmacy system to validate medication administration “Five Rights” information for a patient at the point of care. Specific responsibilities include:  Work with clinical analysts, clinicians, and other end-users to understanding current workflow for medication administration  Work with the Pharmacy Directors to understand and drive changes in operations with medication repackages and bar code scanners  Develop future workflow for medication administration using KBMA  Document all workflows (current & future) using Visio and PowerPoint  Develop day in the life scenarios for training and test plans  Works with the configuration team to develop test plans for functional and integration testing  Assists with execution of the test plans  Supports the activation of the software  Provides end user support on a rotational basis Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills and analytic skills through activities as project and committee work. Specific experience / skills required:  Healthcare background with clinical experience  Skilled at defining and asking key questions that help clients to discover their needs  Ability to communicate effectively with clients about status and issues, at developing and presenting convincing recommendations that address key client objectives, at setting appropriate expectations with client and managing them throughout the project life cycle.  Knowledge of SCM application a plus  Strong documentation skills  Strong facilitation skills If you feel you may be a fit for this position please send resume and contact information to our Talent Specialist at Talent@partnersinitinc.com"
