Technical skills: • Include the ability to install, support and maintain the software infrastructure. Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field required. 2-4 years experience required. Responsibility level: • Exercises minimal independent judgment with direction from supervisor. Skills and Competencies: • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. • Basic knowledge of computer hardware as it relates to data storage. • Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software and internet directory services software.
