Handle production process deployment, including configuration and maintenance of database tables and scripts. Validate data – sku data for building product search index and campaign data used in search engine marketing. Take actions as needed on a daily basis to correct for inaccuracies. Provide technical support for engineering and business team, providing reports for web site-traffic and merchant data. In this position you will be responsible for deployment, configuration and monitoring of production systems. Requirements: BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering Fluency in SQL, Shell Script, Perl (or Python) and Java Sound knowledge of Linux OS and Apache web services Working knowledge of software development and maintenance Must have strong understanding of databases (preferably MySQL) Prior experience in operations role is desirable.
