Job Title : Media Coordinator Department : Marketing Services As a Media coordinator, you will be accountable for providing support to the Media Buyers to run various advertising campaigns, in order to maximise brand awareness and enhance Group image. You will monitor and validate with buyers, the appearance of various advertisements in newspapers, magazines, radio, and outdoor for quality check and adherence to advertisement release guidelines. You will also issue invoices, ensure accuracy and submission of the same to manager. You will be responsible for filing all advertising, correspondence and documentation for easy reference and retrieval, Order voucher copies to be dispatched to client and principal for reference and ensure receipt of the same by both. You will also liaise with all clients to advise them on details of the media plans i.e publishing date, publication and visual advertised for, support Buyers in admin tasks and clients invoices, issue monthly invoicing reports and media specification sheet, request & dispatch art work from principles/ suppliers to send it to Media Houses. Candidate Details – To be considered for this role, you should have a Graduation degree in any discipline along with 1-2 years work experience. Your communication skills – both written and verbal should be of high standard and same goes for your interpersonal skills. You must possess high numerical abilities.
