"Now Hiring: Manager, Trade Relations in Parsippany, NJ Ferring Pharmaceuticals is a private, research-driven specialty biopharmaceutical company active in global markets. The company identifies, develops and markets innovative products in the fields of endocrinology, gastroenterology, infertility, obstetrics, urology and osteoarthritis. In recent years Ferring has expanded beyond its traditional European base, with over 3,700 employees worldwide, it operates subsidiaries in over 45 countries and makes its products available in more than 70 countries.  The Manager, Trade Relations will:  Work with 3PL and Ferring manufacturing to manage product availability, inventory, and pick/pack/ship process. Establish favorable operating environment with Wholesale, Specialty Distributor, Retail and Specialty Pharmacy partners to ensure achievement of company sales goals. Negotiate, execute, and manage Distribution Service Agreements with identified key customers. Utilize data and information available from trading partners to optimize inventory levels and forecast buying trends/behaviors. Work with product brand teams to identify retail-based opportunities that will increase product sales, improve customer access, and/or enhance patient adherence to therapy. Play an integral role in product launches by providing distribution and retail pharmacy expertise to brand teams. Negotiate and manage contracts required in Retail and Specialty Pharmacy space to ensure corporate financial goals are met. Execute sales strategy that aligns to brand strategies and corporate revenue goals.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years experience in Pharmaceutical industry with 2+ years trade experience. Strong analytical, decision making and leadership skills. Broad knowledge of healthcare industry. Ability to travel (40%).
