If you are available and interested, or know someone else who may be looking, please contact us at career@microagility.com Title: Program Manager Location: New York, NY Type: CONTRACT C2C/ W2 Rate: Market Duration: Long term Job ID: 1305a-001PM JOB DESCRIPTION Primary Responsibilities: - Direct responsibility for Program execution - Develop Program plans; determine time frame, funding needs, procedures for accomplishing Program, staffing requirements and allotment of resources to various phases of Program - Plan and lead initiative rollout and adoption support - Direct and coordinate activities of Program personnel to ensure Program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget - Develop Program communication plan and execution - Review status reports prepared by Program personnel and modify schedules or plans as required - Effectively maintain and build relationships across business groups - Facilitate senior management decision making within the scope and change management process Required Skills/experience: - Strong Program management and analyst skills - Must have proven experience in SOL II/SOLVENCYII. - Knowledge of insurance with a widened experience in the life insurance sector - Interest and competence in SOLVENCY II, because the objective will be helping our customers to set up their organization to fulfill these criteria. - 5-10 years experience as a Functional Program Manager - Strong skills in Program planning, resource allocation, problem resolution, and Program tracking - Hands-on experience writing Program plans and documenting & communicating meeting minutes Education: - Degree in Computer Science or related field - MBA and PMP is desirable About MicroAgility: MicroAgility is a business and technology consulting company.
