This position will be responsible for the supervision of approximately 100 employees both directly and through lead personnel. A Bachelor’s degree is required; along with 5-7 years of experience with thermoset, thermoplastics extrusion, molding, or assembly is required. A working knowledge of extrusion, molding and automated assembly and a familiarity with medical grade silicone materials and medical device experience is strongly preferred. A Green Belt Certification is required and experience with supervision in a manufacturing setting including working knowledge of scheduling, training, and performance management. US Citizenship or a Green Card is required.
